How We Start Working Together

    We start with a personal meeting to review your goals and clarify what services you require. Depending on your requests and needs a plan is developed for us to work together. 

Based on the estimated work required we will establish a weekly, bi-monthly or monthly schedule to meet and take care of the matters of daily money management.  

We will organize paperwork and electronic data files, so they are easily accessible when needed.   

  • There is no charge for the initial inquiry meeting which can be by phone or in person.
  • Fee schedules are based on the number of hours anticipated and the scope of work.
  • Travel time to the client’s location is complimentary within Oro Valley and northern communities, such as, Sun City and Saddlebrook. 


Referrals from Accountants, Bankers, Financial Advisers, Insurance Agents, Care Homes, Care Givers and Case Workers are appreciated.
