Upon graduation from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Mary Kay launched her career with Hyatt Hotels and other national resorts developing strong business management, hospitality and problem-solving skills. The hospitality industry proved a perfect blend of business practices and guest services which suited her personality and eventually brought her to Oro Valley in 1993.
In 2001, Mary Kay joined the Miraval team, the nationally recognized health and wellness spa in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains, just north of Oro Valley. Miraval was founded on the concept of mindfulness and well-being. The experience enhanced her passion to be of service to others. Mary Kay’s love of business systems and problem solving combined with nurturing meaningful trusted relationships has led to her role as a Daily Money Manager.
Mary Kay managed the financial affairs of her parents and younger disabled brother. She is grateful to her parents who openly shared the many facets of managing finances at various stages of life; while working, during retirement and when health begins to fade. Her brother’s disability required managing the use of many social services in the community. In both cases, the importance of coordinating a strong team of care givers, social services, medical advisors, investment advisors, lawyers and trusted accounting professionals allowed her family members to live a comfortable and organized lifestyle. As a Daily Money Manager Mary Kay serves her clients as the coordinator of similar important teams unique to each client.
Mary Kay has always admired and supported the small business owners in her community. She has been the business manager for a locally-owned small family restaurant business with locations in Tucson, Oro Valley and Marana. She developed and implemented the internal policies, procedures and practices which have become the foundation of the family’s accounting and business practices. In this role she has been honored to be a part of the small business community.
As a Daily Money Manager (DMM), Mary Kay combines her business background, hospitality skills, commitment to small businesses and her love of family and friends to help support neighbors such as seniors, disabled persons, or busy professionals with all the daily money management services that are needed to provide peace of mind and a comfortable lifestyle.

Tucson has been Pamela’s home for over 25 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and an Associate of Science degree in Computer Electronics Technology. She has made a career out of problem solving and being of service to clients and colleagues. Her roles have always involved a high level of technology skills, in both hardware and software, and involved the personal side of helping others with their computers, software and other tech support.
Pamela has worked with many small businesses supporting the bookkeeping and operations management. Examples of Pamela’s experiences include Senior Services Manager at Interfaith Community Services where she worked closely with volunteers, co-workers and clients for 10 years, operating the systems and services that matched volunteers with the needs of their senior clients. Prior to that, Pamela worked at Intuit as tech support for Quicken & QuickBooks and Honeywell Aerospace. Pamela and her husband have three sons.
As a Daily Money Manager, Pamela uses her varied background in operations management, technology skills, accounting and problem solving to help clients with their personal bill paying tasks and organizing other personal affairs.
Marge was raised in Tucson, attending Amphitheater schools and graduating from the University of Arizona with a degree in Business & Public Administration and a concentration in social administration. She also completed several post-graduate courses in Business Organization Management through the University of LaVerne. Her concentration in social administration has served her well as a social worker with the County of Los Angeles, resident director of a group home, executive director of an organization serving learning, behavior, and developmentally disabled children and adults through day and residential programs. The social service and financial management skills she acquired were also very helpful as her parents grew older, her mother became widowed and her brother disabled.
In addition to social service, Marge also worked as an office manager for many years with an auto repair facility performing all the business tasks of running a small family business, and successfully opened and operated her own retail craft store. She is very familiar with establishing policies and procedures, organizing and maintaining records, especially in the areas of accounting and human resources. She has served as president of a local chamber of commerce and other social service organizations.
Most of all, Marge loves working with and helping people. Her positions have involved serving others, and most of them have required knowing the resources available in the community and networking with those resources to meet her clients’ and business’s needs. Becoming a Daily Money Manager made it possible for her to combine her many skills and use them once again to serve others in the community.
